This photo doesn’t have anything to do with my post…it’s a picture I took of a young, immature chicken hawk who was trying to abscond with one of my chickens but she was too heavy for him to hoist. Because she was motionless, I assumed she was dead. I threw a rock at him and when he fled…she got up and stomped away.
